Haley Erb, FNP-C
Haley is a board-certified Nurse Practitioner and co-founder of the practice with over a decade of nursing and advanced medical experience. She began her nursing career in 2013 and went on to earn her Bachelor of Science in Nursing in 2019 and Master of Science in Nursing from the University of Saint Francis in 2022, graduating with honors.
Her background includes surgical trauma ICU, pre- and post-anesthesia care, postpartum nursing, and medical aesthetics. She has performed and assisted with a wide range of aesthetic procedures including microneedling, laser treatments, sclerotherapy, PRP, and injectable services.
For the past three and a half years, she has worked as a Nurse Practitioner specializing in obesity and weight management, helping patients improve their health through personalized treatment plans, medication management, and lifestyle support.
Her approach to aesthetics combines medical expertise with a focus on natural, confidence-boosting results while prioritizing safety, education, and whole-person wellness.

Ashley Kuhn, MBA
Ashley Kuhn is the CEO of Bee You Aesthetics, where her passion for helping people feel confident and cared for drives everything she does. With a background in business and insurance, Ashley brings over a decade of entrepreneurial experience to the wellness and aesthetics industry. She earned her MBA from University of Saint Francisand has successfully owned and operated her own insurance brokerage for the past 10 years.
Ashley founded Bee You Aesthetics with a simple but powerful goal: to create a place where patients feel heard, supported, and confident in their own skin. She believes aesthetics and wellness should always be centered around the patient experience—taking the time to truly listen, understand individual goals, and deliver results that help people look and feel their best.
As CEO, Ashley is passionate about staying on top of trends and innovations in the aesthetics industry. She loves learning and continuously exploring new ways to improve the patient experience and bring the best possible services to Bee You Aesthetics.
Outside of the clinic, Ashley is a proud mom of four and a devoted wife who loves traveling and spending time with friends and family. She is also deeply involved in her community and dedicates a great deal of time to volunteering and supporting local initiatives. Her warm, approachable personality helps create the welcoming environment that Bee You Aesthetics is known for.

Dr. Kelly Bressler
Dr. Kelly is a family nurse practitioner, board certified by the American Association of Nurse Practitioners and licensed by the State of Indiana. Dr. Kelly's academic background includes a Doctorate of Nursing Practice (DNP) degree from Indiana State University, Terre Haute, IN. A Master of Nursing Science and her nursing undergraduate degree from University of Saint Francis, Fort Wayne, IN. and a Bachelor of Science in Biology/Chemistry, Manchester College, North Manchester, IN. Dr. Kelly has additional education and certification in Botox, dermal fillers, lasers, permanent makeup, microblading and skin care.
Dr. Kelly is a member of a number of professional groups including the American Association of Nurse Practitioners, Sigma Theta Tau International Honor Society, and Coalition of Advanced Practice Registered Nurses of Indiana.
Dr. Kelly has many years of clinical experience in a variety of clinical settings including critical care, emergency room, urgent care, long-term care and plastic surgery offices. Aside from her spanning experience, research, education, policy and theory, Dr. Kelly enjoys fishing, camping, kayaking, horse back riding and pickle-ball.
