  • Botox® is a procedure using an injectable  medication which was developed to treat the visual signs of aging by reducing or eliminating  wrinkles.  The procedure is considered a safe, effective way of treating aging skin.  Botox® has proven to be the best non-surgical form of facial rejuvenation.  Common areas for Botox® injections include:

    • Excessive  wrinkles  around  your  mouth

    • Large wrinkles or furrows in your forehead.

    • Small wrinkles or “crow’s feet” around your eyes.

    • Vertical “frown line” or  “11s”  between your eyebrows.

The administration of Botox® takes approximately 30-45 minutes.  The duration of Botox for the glabella, forehead, and crows' feet is approximately 3 to 4 months.

  • Dermal  fillers  are an option for individuals desiring a  more  youthful appearance.  Injecting dermal fillers to specific places within  the face, allows  the  provider to lift and contour the face for an improved appearance.  At our facility, we utilize Juvaderm Ultra®, Ultra Plus® and Voluma® in conjunction with other Juvaderm® fillers as a non-invasive option for those who wish to have smooth, uplifted skin.  The administration of fillers takes approximately 60 minutes.  Depending on the specific type of filler utilized, determines the duration. Usually, the more concentrated fillers like Voluma last up to 2 years, and the more refined fillers, such as Juverderm Ultra last up to 1 year.

  • Microdermabrasion is a minimally invasive cosmetic procedure used to refresh the skin on your face, neck and decollete. In this skin rejuvenation treatment, a mildly abrasive device is used to remove fine particles from the epidermis, the top layer of the skin.

This non-surgical process stimulates the production of collagen, the protein that makes up the connective tissue in your skin. The procedure is not painful and takes approximately 45 minutes to complete. The number of treatments vary from individual to individual, but most see results with 6-8 treatments. Microdermabrasion can be done on a weekly basis, every 2 weeks, or monthly depending on skin type. Microdermabrasion is suitable for any skin color. Microdermabrasion is a way to achieve a younger, brighter, and more even complexion

  • Microneedling also known as collagen induction therapy, is the insertion of very fine short needles into the skin for the purposes of rejuvenation. A topical anesthetic is applied to the treatment area prior to the procedure. During your treatment, an FDA-approved handheld device, known as a Dermapen® is utilized.  Dermapen® is an automated micro-needling device with a disposable tip cartridge, which penetrates vertically into the skin. The stamping action of the Dermapen’s vertical tip creates invisible micro-injuries to the skin, stimulating the production of new collagen within the skin.  Micro-Needling benefits include:

    • Reduces fine lines and wrinkles.

    • Improves the appearance of stretch marks.

    • Minimizes pore size.

    • Improves the appearance of surgical scars and acne scars

Resulting in skin that is rejuvenated and refreshed.  Microneedling is safe for all skin types and tones because the treatment does not damage the epidermis. You can receive treatment every four to six weeks. It can take three treatments for collagen induction to be most effective. Even though you may see results 3-4 weeks after your intial treatment, Micro-needling may take four to six months to achieve ideal cologen genesis.

  • Medically Supervised  Semaglutide Weight Loss Program

It can be difficult to reduce unwanted fat through traditional diet and exercise. Semaglutide treatment provides an additional 15 to 20 percent reduction in body weight in comparison to a 2 to 3 percent reduction in body weight when using traditional diet and exercise alone.

Semaglutide is a small protein or peptide that mimics the function of a glucagon-like peptide-1 (GLP-1), which regulates appetite within the brain.  Semaglutide is a FDA- approved medication used to treat diabetes (Ozempic) and aid in weight loss (Wegovy).  Semaglutide for weight loss slows the emptying of the stomach by binding to the receptors that are located in the lining of the stomach. The slower emptying of the stomach sends a signal of fullness to the brain. This helps reduce food intake and decreases appetite resulting in weight loss.

Research demonstrates a key part of successfully completing any weight loss program is meeting with your health professional on a weekly basis and maintaining a personalized food and weight loss journal.

Most individuals, on average, can expect to loose up to 30 pounds in the first three months of treatment, and 50 pounds after 6 months without dramatically altering their lifestyle. While exercise is not mandatory with this program, we recommend you start to incorporate an exercise regime into your lifestyle for long term benefits. Walking can be a perfect way to start.  Once at a healthy weight, it is the your responsibility to continue a lifestyle that is beneficial to their weight loss goals. This includes maintaining a health focused diet and exercise regimen.

Semaglutide works well for all patients with varying BMI, age, and ethnicity. Semaglutide should be avoided in Individuals suffering from pre-existing health conditions such as pancreatitis, decreased kidney function, low blood sugar, multiple endocrine neoplasia type 2, gallbladder disease, and diabetic retinopathy.

Every individual is monitored by a medical professional weekly for their safety. Before you start the Semaglutide weight loss plan, a physical exam and bloodwork is required to determine your suitability  for the program. Upon approval, Semaglutide is administered once weekly by your healthcare provider starting with a low dosage (0.25mg), gradually rising monthly to around 2.4mg per week. During the Semaglutide weight loss program a vitamin B12 or a lipotropic injection may be administered weekly as well to improve metabolism.
